These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Speaker Factors, operated by The Future Factors AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Speaker Factors is an AI-powered platform that helps professional speakers discover opportunities, draft pitches, and manage their speaking careers. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this service. By using The Speaker Factors you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Use AI-generated content from the platform in a way that is deceptive, misleading, or harmful
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or systems

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

6. Free Trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to continue using the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Speaker Factors platform, including its design, code, and underlying systems, is owned by The Future Factors AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you enter into your profile remains yours. AI-generated drafts and research outputs produced by the service are provided for your use as the account holder.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Future Factors AI is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
